Half Day Support
£175.00

Specialist, tailored support can be delivered meaningfully over the course of a morning or afternoon. This includes focused observation of a young person, followed by thoughtful analysis and the provision of specific, practical advice. The emphasis is on learning through doing—ensuring that strategies are not only understood but embedded through real-time application.

Follow up sessions at a set interval are recommended for maximum impact.

Full Day Support
£300.00

Kairos Outreach offers full-day, specialist support designed to create lasting impact. Through live observation, real-time modelling, and collaborative coaching, we help staff embed inclusive strategies that meet the needs of pupils with SEND and SEMH profiles. Each session blends practical insight with hands-on learning—ensuring that advice is not only understood but confidently applied. Through a series of sessions delivered over time, we build staff capacity, deepen relational practice, and strengthen inclusive provision. Ultimately empowering staff to do what they know if right.

Advanced Services - CPD

Through CPD sessions, INSET training, staff briefings, and whole-team talks, we offer practical, thought-provoking input on a range of topics—including Autism Awareness, Behaviour as Communication, The EHCP Process and Specialist Schools, Emotional Regulation and Behaviours that Challenge, and Keeping it Simple and Focused. Each session is designed to spark reflection, build confidence, and equip staff with strategies they can use immediately. Additional topics can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your school or organisation. Session costs are flexible.
